Bulls 2020 Copperhead & E-Core EVO

Introducing the all new Copperhead & E-Core EVO series by Bulls. The 2020 lineup is strong, with the Copperhead bikes sporting the Generation 4 bosch motor, as well as the latest 625 watt hour intube batteries. The Gen4 is something special, with its greatly reduced foot print and weight. Further innovations include a higher cadence level of assist, as well as no drag when pedaling with the power off. The front sprocket interface has also been updated to accept standard 104BCD chainrings, making it much easier to swap to different standard mountain bike chainrings. The Copperhead comes in 4 different variants, from the EVO AM 1 (all mountain 1) all the way up to the EVO AM 4. Each variant provides an upgrade in componentry and spec, however the powertrain and battery is consistent throughout all the models. One thing we also love about all the new Bulls bikes is the fully integrated monkey link lighting system. Integrated lighting is awesome once you have it, but installing from scratch can be a nightmare. Bulls solves this with shipping all of the bikes pre-wired, where the slick monkey link magnetic lights just pop right on with ease. The magnetic system is also very useful in its ease of removal if you ever need to park your bike and take the lights with you.

The E-Core EVO series consists of two models- the AM (all mountain) and the EN (enduro) models. Both are equally impressive, with the AM sporting 150mm of fox suspension travel, while the EN uses a combination of Fox and rock shox with 180mm of travel. Each of these bikes houses an industry leading twin core battery system. Two shimano 375 watt hour batteries are paired into the downtube, providing riders with real all day battery range. There is also the option to run a single battery to save weight, and to use the other empty battery compartment as storage. It’s just about the slickest battery system we have seen on the market to date. Because the bike uses the Shimano E8000 paired with Shimano components, another standout feature is the fully integrated Di2 Derailleur System that never needs to be charged separately. The shifting is instantaneous and works flawlessly with the drive unit. While the Shimano system isn’t the most powerful, we would argue that it's one of the smoothest and most intuitive feeling systems on the market. We also have integrated monkey link lighting here, topping off the cake. To see a more in depth view of the two models, check out our latest youtube video below!
